One of the most challenging decisions business owners have today is: When do I go all in on AI? And the answer isn't straight forward. For example, we're continuing to debate whether to rebuild our entire website and move off Wordpress to a custom solution. Long-term it makes total sense. And I've seen a number of people spend 3-4 weeks moving to an AI first, vibe-coded solution for serious websites. (of course you can stand up a few simple pages within hours like you see from many AI agencies and content creators, but most digital brands are a lot more complicated than that) So the question becomes -- how important is that right now? What's the opportunity cost for spending 3-4 weeks on something that is built fine right now. Purely just on time, 4 weeks of 40 hours per week at let's say $300/h (which is what your time is worth if you're making around $600k a year)... then that's a total cost of $48,000 to rebuild your entire website. It doesn't really make sense logically. But then you need to calculate how much time could be saved in future. For example, can you really stand up high quality, new landing pages and funnels in a few prompts. Or will it require almost as much time as a designer would take if they already have templates to work from. That's the calculation to make. I know for sure it's not a question of should I or shouldn't I build an AI first website and brand. The question is "WHEN"... When does it make sense to transition my brand that way. We work with a number of brands doing more than a million dollars a month. And less than 5% of their brands are run with AI. And I know dozens of people making next to nothing spending most of their time building AI first brands. The one rule I try to remember is this: If i'm not making as much as i want to be, it's because i'm not spending enough time on marketing and sales. If you remember to spend 80% of your time on marketing and sales, then use the other 20% to begin transitioning to AI in a smart, and calculated way... you'll be fine. That's our approach moving forward. Hope this helps! P.S. If you missed any of the AI Content Mastery talks, you can watch them on YouTube over the next 3 months. Start with these ones first:

For two years I've been watching AI image tools improve. Every few months a new one would launch. Every creator would hype it up. Then I'd test it on real client work and the output was... fine. Usable. But not totally something I'm stoked about. Recently that changed. GPT Image 2 is good! Really good!!! The thumbnails it's producing for the summit videos in our AI system is crazy. All done with a training image and a prompt we've refined over 3 months. So what we're doing now is going back...
Getting sick last year was one of the best things that happened to me. It didn't feel that way at the time. I had to let go of 3 team members while trying to get BigMoves AI off the ground. It was rough. But looking back... it forced something I wouldn't have done otherwise. It forced me back into the weeds of business. Here's the trap most experienced business owners fall into with AI. If you've been running a team for years, you've been trained to delegate. Something not worth your time?...
I was in Singapore recently and caught up with a mate who coaches some of Australia's most successful entrepreneurs. He's written books on it. Spent years figuring out what separates people who consistently perform from those who just work hard and stay stuck. He told me my edge is 'the innovator.' Someone who has a feel for how things work across all types of businesses and niches... and can piece together old methods with new technology. I didn't disagree. But I also hadn't thought about it...
