Grokbot has fundamentally changed my entire philosophy about building with AI in the last week. Then today ChatGPT Astra today is actually a massive step forward! I’ve actually been super cynical about most AI product launches or new models over the last 2 years. Sure… they’ve been great, but they always seemed over hyped and never lived up to expectations. Grokbot is 100% under-hyped. And Astra so far is very impressive. (the carousel below was done in a couple of prompts - about 15% of my weekly usage. - so compute is still costly, but it will get better) Over the last 2 years I’ve built some epic tools for clients to help with: + Sales and customer support for an alternative home construction company + Content creation based on latest news for a transport company + Automatically creating marketing videos for real estate company within minutes of their listing going live + A virtual summit system for my own brand that saved us 100 hours in a single week + and so much more… Now it’s become even easier. We can build those workflows faster. And we don’t even need to use tools like n8n or airtable anymore, or only on the rare occassion. Plus… these AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude are so embedded into everyones day to day now that we just need to build out better integrations between each tool. I no longer have team members. They can talk to each other. Often without me even asking them to. I schedule a task to the head of bots. He loops in the tasks to relevant specialised bots. They are trained on how I work and what I want to achieve. Plus we have a project portal that connects to Codex. So all my bots are instructed to do the marketing (and probably now coding) with Codex, and they manage it through to completion without my involvement until it’s really necessary. Last month I took a month off… but built an app with Claude code in my spare time. The time consuming part was fixing code errors before committing them to the main code. Now Grokbots handle that. Even if it was just a couple of prompts I had to do, it was still in the back of my mind, consuming energy that I could be spending better elsewhere. For the first time in the last 3-4 years I can see clearly the future of work and it’s way more productive than I ever imagined. Within a year we should actually be 10x more productive than we are today. Most people won’t be because they didn’t know what was possible last month… let alone the massive leap forward we’ve seen in the last 7 days. The most important things for all businesses to do right now are: 1. Integrate all your tools together. Every AI tool has great integrations now. Connect them! 2. Figure out a way to store your unique data. I’m talking team calls, client calls, SOPs, Skills, Transcripts, Social posts that worked well… it all needs to be stored in a way that is efficient for AI to access (GD works, but databases could be better) 3. Begin building specialist bots for each part of your business. Or if you have a team, every team member should have 5-10 bots spun up to help them move faster. 4. Build small tools or chrome extensions that integrate into the way you work. A simple chrome extension can be spun up in a couple of hours and can save you 2-10 minutes 5x a day, and help you do the tasks you don’t actually wanna do. If your team aren’t 2x more productive than 2 years ago you’re massively behind. And again, that number will be 10x within a year. I’ve never said that before. I’ve always said you still have time. Well now it’s running out. And… If you need help… reach out to me! Mitch |

I rebuilt my website last week. Start to finish in about 40 minutes. I didn’t create a PRD, feature specs or really have a plan. I talked at it for 10 minutes and let it go. And that is the exact opposite of how I build everything else. Now here’s the thing… I’ve built websites and apps for clients a dozen different ways over the last few months. Whatever the YouTubers were pushing that month. Whatever “best practices” Claude or Codex handed me when I asked for them. What I’ve landed on is...
I can’t stand the people on social media announcing they just cancelled Claude for Codex, or vice versa. First, they are probably lying and doing it for views. If not, they are really dumb and naive. If you’ve not worked it out yet, all leading tools are valuable in their own way. And the value to you as a user is building an AI eco-system where they all talk to each other. That’s why I love Grokbot. It’s the first time they’ve made it easy for specialist bots to talk to each other, with...
After launching two summits at the start of this year, I needed a break. We worked incredibly hard to make those events as valuable as possible. By the way, almost all of the sessions are now available on the BigMoves AI YouTube channel. There’s a ton of great stuff there. But after all of that, I decided to take a month off. Kind of. Because apparently my version of taking a month off is deciding to build a production-ready app from scratch. It started with an idea from a friend A friend...
